Introduction

M/s. Orient Packagings Ltd. was originally incorporated in the year 1971 as a Private Limited company in West Bengal and subsequently converted into a Limited Company in the year 1974. Now the company has its registered office at 101-A, Ist Floor, Hari Nagar, Ashram Chowk, New Delhi -110014.

The Company has two units - situated at Faridabad in Haryana and Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh.

Our Business

Corrugated Boxes

The parent unit, situated at 9-A, New Industrial Area, Faridabad, is involved in the manufacturing of Corrugated Boxes, Cardboard Boxes, Corrugated Cardboard Boxes, Storage Boxes, Shipping Boxes, Cartons, Printed Corrugated Boxes and other allied products. The products are mainly used for corrugated packaging, custom packaging and packing purposes. The Products have been supplied to M/S. Orient Fans, (Prop. Orient Paper & Industries Ltd.), M/S Dabur India Ltd., M/S Hamdard (Wakf.) Laboratories and other reputed companies for over 25 years on regular basis.

Paper Sizing Chemicals

The second unit, situated near Tapri Railway Station, Saharanpur, was setup in 1987 to manufacture Ferric Alum and Non Ferric Alum. As our Paper Chemical Division has expanded we have added more and more sizing chemicals to our portfolio. We now manufacture Rosin in various forms - Fortified Rosin, Maleic Modified Rosin, Glycerol Ester of Rosin, Rosin Soap, Rosin Ester, Neutral Size Rosin. Recently we have added AKD - also referred to as Alkyl Ketene Dimer, AKD Size, AKD Wax Emulsion to our list of Paper Sizing Chemicals.

We are also marketing Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) manufactured by our renowned principle M/S Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd., Renukoot. Their products KANPAC-14 and KANPAC-18 confirm to specifications of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Further, we have tied up with India Glycols Ltd. (IGL) for marketing their range of specialty paper chemicals like cooking and refining aids (cooking additives for pulping), deinking agents, defoamers, felt cleaners, hydrogen peroxide stabilizer etc. IGL's range of paper chemicals are very effective and have already been adopted by a number of mills in the short period that we have been working together.

Management

Vinay Kumar Bagla, Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. V.K. Bagla is a technocrat with over 30 years of experience in the Paper, Packaging and Chemical Industry. He is a gold medalist in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Delhi.

Sarvesh Bagla, Director

Mr. Sarvesh Bagla joined the company as director in 2005. He holds the degree of Master of Science in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh.
